Welcome to TribunX, an application managed by Tribunnews (hereinafter referred to "us"). The following Terms of Use are the conditions for using the site, content, services and features on TribunX.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing and using TribunX, it means that you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all regulations that apply to this application. If you do not agree to be bound by all applicable regulations, please do not use this application.

TERMS OF USE CHANGES

We can change, add or reduce these Terms of Use at any time. You are bound by each of these changes and therefore periodically have to look at this page to check the Terms of Use that apply and bind you.

REGISTERED VISITORS

Some services on this application are only available to visitors who have registered and require visitors to register with email or cell phone number to use it. As a registered visitor, you are required to follow all the rules for using the service.

The privacy policy of TribunX discloses the policy for handling your personal data when you access TribunX. Regular and continuous use of TribunX shows your agreement to the our Privacy Policy. You can read the Privacy Policy by accessing the "Privacy Policy" button at the bottom of the TribunX login page.

TRIBUNX CHANGES

We may discontinue or change services or features on TribunX at any time and without prior notification.

USER OBLIGATIONS

TribunX user must comply with the laws and regulations within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. You are prohibited from loading or forwarding through the TribunX material or other things that:

1. infringes on the rights of others, including without exception, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, publicity or other proprietary rights.
2. breaking the law, threatening, insulting, harassing, slandering, defaming, deceiving, cheating, or causing hatred to certain people or groups.
3. abuse, harass, demean or intimidate individuals or groups of individuals based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or physical disability.
4. violating the norms of decency, obscenity, pornography.
5. advocate or suggest acts that violate the law.
6. offend, trigger conflict and or hostility between Ethnic, Religious, Racial and Inter-Group (SARA).
7. contain words or images that cause horror, rude, dirty, dirty, and swear.
8. propagate certain ideologies or teachings which are in principle prohibited by the law in force in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
9. contains viruses or other computer code, files or programs that can interfere with, damage or limit the functionality of computer software or hardware or communication equipment, or allow unauthorized use of computers or computer networks.
10. violates the Terms of Use, instructions or other policies contained in TribunX.

In using TribunX you agree to:

1. provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information about yourself when filling out the registration form on TribunX.
2. keep your password and identification secure.
3. maintaining and regularly updating information about yourself and other information accurately, new and complete.
4. accept all risks from illegal access to information and registration data.
5. responsible for the protection and back up of data and or equipment used.

You are not allowed to use TribunX in any condition or manner that could damage, disable, burden or disrupt the server or network of TribunX. You are also not allowed to access services, user accounts, computer systems or networks illegally, by hacking, password mining or other means.

We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement officials or court orders requesting or directing the manager to disclose the identity of anyone who contains material or information like the one mentioned above.

RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP

All designs, images, artwork, audio, video and programming code (hereinafter referred to as "content") in this service are our copyrights. You are not permitted to modify, copy, change or add to designs, images, artwork, audio, video and programming code in this facility under any circumstances or conditions.

LICENSE FOR USE OF TRIBUNX

You are not allowed to reproduce, print, copy, store, publish, display, distribute, modify, translate, publish, transfer, sell, lend and/or distribute the contents of TribunX without written permission from us.

We will fully cooperate with every law enforcement official to follow up on users who violate the provisions mentioned above.

CONTENT CONTAINED FOR PUBLIC CONSUMPTION

Some areas or services on TribunX allow you to load (post) content that can be accessed and viewed by other visitors, including the general public. You are only allowed to load (post) content on a public page in TribunX that you created yourself or you have permission to post. You are not allowed to load content that violates these Terms of Use. We do not claim ownership of the content you upload. However, by posting content in the public area of TribunX, you guarantee us, our affiliates and distributors the right to use, copy, display, perform, distribute, adapt and promote that content in various mediums.

SUPERVISION

You agree that we are not responsible for content provided by other parties. We have no obligation to review such content, but we reserve the right to refuse to load or edit submitted content. We reserve the right to remove content for various reasons, but we are not responsible for failure or delay in removing such material.

TribunX may provide links to third party sites, including the links provided on the search results page. Some of these site links may contain material that is objectionable, unlawful or inaccurate. These links do not indicate that we approve of these third party sites. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or other materials on these third party sites. Every agreement and transaction between you and the advertiser in TribunX is between you and the advertiser and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any loss or claim that may be caused by agreements or transactions between you and the advertiser.

Welcome to TribunMe, a social media feature from TribunX, where in this feature there are two types of users namely KOL and Non-KOL. KOL users can create content in the form of articles, photos and/or videos and Non-KOL users currently can only view and interact (Like, Comment and Repost) the content created and posted by KOL. This application is managed by Tribunnews (hereinafter referred to as "manager" or "us"). The following Terms & Conditions are the terms and conditions for using the service at TribunMe.

These terms govern your access to the use of our service, including various websites, widgets, advertisements, transaction service and our service.

1. WHO CAN ENJOY THE SERVICE

   You can use and enjoy our service if you accept and agree to the provisions of these Terms & Conditions, and are a user who is at least 13 years old.

   If you accept and agree with the provisions of these Terms & Conditions on behalf of a company, organization, government or other legal entity, then you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind the entity to these terms, where the words "you" and "belong to you” as used in the terms, means referring to that entity.

2. PRIVACY

   Our Privacy Policy (https://tribunx.com/privacy-policy.html) and Terms of Use (https://tribunx.com/term-of-use.html) explain how we manage the information you provide to us when you use our service. You acknowledge that using our service means you consent to the collection and use of this information, including the transfer of this information to other countries in terms of storage, processing and/or use by us and our affiliates.

3. CONTENT ON THE SERVICE

   You are fully responsible for using any service and content that you provide and/or share, and guarantee that the content does not violate the provisions of applicable laws and/or violates the Intellectual Property Rights of other parties. The content that you provide and/or share should be content that you feel comfortable sharing with others on our service.

   Your use of or reliance on any content or material posted or obtained by you through our service is entirely at your own risk.

   We do not support, guarantee the completeness, truth, accuracy or reliability of any content or communication or opinions posted or obtained through our service. You understand and agree that by using our service, you may be confronted with or encounter content that is offensive, inaccurate or inappropriate or in some cases posts labeled as "hoax". All content is fully responsibility of those who create the content. We cannot monitor or control the content posted through our service and we are not responsible for the content.

   We entitled to delete content deemed to violate statutory provisions and negative content, such as: Pornography, SARA, Fraud, Illegal Trade, Narcotics, Gambling, Radicalism, Violence, Violence/Child Pornography, Internet Security, Violation of Property Rights Intellectuals, and others including but not limited to content that has the potential to disturb public order, without your prior approval.
   There is no tolerance for bullying content, bullies and/or users who are aggressive and abusive in using our service, so that we are entitled to suspend and/or deactivate user accounts with these categories without user's prior approval.

   Regarding your content that is allegedly imitated and/or plagiarized by other parties, if you believe and can prove this, please report the violation to us by contacting official@tribunx.com.

   GRANTING OF RIGHTS TO CONTENT

   You are entitled over the content that you post on our service. You are the owner of your own content (including the audio, photos and videos that you include in your content posts).

   By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sub-license) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or methods of distribution now known or later developed (for clarity, these rights include, for example, curation, transformation and translation). This license authorizes us to make your content available to the world and let others do the same.

   You agree that this license includes the right for us to provide, promote and improve the service and make content posted to or through the service available to other companies, organizations or individuals for syndication, broadcast, distribution, repost, promotion or publication. Such content in other media and service, is subject to this Terms and Conditions for the use of such content. Such additional use by us, or any other company, organization, or individual, is made without compensation being paid to you in connection with content that you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the service as is your use of the service.

   You understand that we may modify or adapt your content when it is distributed, syndicated, published or broadcast by us and our partners and/or make changes to your content to adapt the content to a different medium.

You also agree not to abuse our service, for example by disrupting or accessing them using methods other than the interface and instructions we provide.

   You agree that you will not violate any technical limitations in the software provided to you as part of the service, or engineer, disassemble the software, except and only to the extent expressly permitted by a court decision.

   4. Interfere with, impede access to any user, host or network, including, but not limited to, transmitting viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, bombing the service, or by scripting the creation of content in such a way as to interfere with or create an unreasonable burden should be on the service.

   We also have the rights to access, read, store and disclose any information we believe is necessary to:

   1. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests;
   2. Enforcing the terms, including investigating potential breaches of this agreement;
   3. Detect, prevent, or resolve fraud, security, or technical issues;
   4. Respond to user support requests, or;
   5. Protect the rights, property or safety of the app, its users and the public.

   We do not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties for purposes outside of our provisions.

   Certain service or features may be offered on TribunMe with additional terms and conditions that may apply in connection with your use of those service. By using or paying for any additional service, you agree to any additional terms that apply to those service, and those additional terms become part of our agreement with you.

5. YOUR ACCOUNT

   You may need to create an account to use some of our service. You are solely responsible for maintaining your account, so use a strong password and limit its use on this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these terms.

   You can control most of your communications from the service. We may need to send service announcements and administrative messages to you. These communications are considered part of the service and your account, and you may not be able to opt-out of receiving them.

   If you add a phone number to your account and then change or deactivate that phone number, you'll need to update your account information to help prevent us from communicating with anyone who obtained your old number.

   LICENSE TO USE THE SERVICE

   We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the service. This license aims to enable you to use and enjoy the benefits of the service as provided on TribunX, in the manner permitted by these terms.

   The service are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws in Indonesia and other countries. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to use the TribunX name or any of TribunX's trademarks, logos, domain names, other distinctive brand features and other proprietary rights. All right, title and interest in and to the service (excluding user-provided content) is and will remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors.

   Any feedback, comments or suggestions you provide regarding TribunX, or the service are completely voluntary and we are free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

   LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   To the extent permitted by applicable law, TribunX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profit or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or loss of data or other intangible losses, which result from:

   1. Access or use or your inability to access or use the service;
   2. Any behavior or third party content on the service, including but not limited to, any behavior that is insulting, offensive, or illegal by other users or third parties;
   3. Any content obtained from the service; or
   4. Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmission or content.

6. GENERAL

   We may revise these terms from time to time. These changes will not be retroactive, meaning the most recent version will always apply.

   By continuing to access or use the service after such revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

   The provisions of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia will govern these terms and any disputes that arise between you and us. All disputes related to these terms or service will only be submitted to a district court within the Republic of Indonesia.

   If you are a government entity from a country outside Indonesia that uses the service in an official capacity and legally cannot accept the statutory, jurisdictional or place clauses that apply above, then those clauses do not apply to you.

   If any provisions in these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable, then those provisions will be limited or eliminated to a minimum, and the other provisions in these terms will still have full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms will not be deemed a waiver of said right or provision.
